Richard W. De Jesus

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Richard brings over three decades (not just a decade) of provider-based revenue cycle leadership expertise, including extensive experience in call center management. His background encompasses both medical and behavioral health providers, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges faced by diverse healthcare organizations. Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Richard enjoys playing tennis, exploring the latest advancements in space exploration, and contributing to community and social causes through his involvement with the Rotary Club and the Salvation Army.

Gerardo Bacchus

Vice President, Operations

Gerardo has been instrumental in fueling Alico Healthcare’s growth. He brings a wealth of leadership experience spanning operations, technology governance, call center customer service, and business development. Gerardo holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management and Telecommunications from the University of Denver.

In his free time, Gerardo is an avid scuba diver, exploring the vibrant marine life of the Caribbean. He also enjoys running for charitable causes and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jonathan C. Marcelino

Executive VP, Administration & Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan brings a wealth of financial leadership experience to Alico Healthcare, having successfully led several finance departments in diverse industries. His expertise spans banking, accounting, mutual funds/partnership taxation, and auditing. Throughout his career, Jonathan has consistently driven impressive financial outcomes for organizations. He’s implemented cost-saving measures that boosted profitability, streamlined processes for greater efficiency and accuracy, developed comprehensive reporting systems, and built high-performing finance teams that consistently exceed expectations.

Jonathan holds a BS in Psychology from Boston College and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Taxation from Northeastern University.

His passion for finance extends beyond the workplace, as he actively volunteers his expertise to support underserved communities and mentors youth who are new to finance and accounting. In his personal time, Jonathan is an avid dog lover.

Maria Moreno

Vice President, Human Resources

Maria is dedicated to ensuring that Alico Healthcare’s Human Resources and Talent Management functions are a valuable resource and a trusted partner for staff, leadership, and clients alike. She has spearheaded the design and implementation of key improvements in talent acquisition, development, total rewards, quality assessment, and compliance initiatives.

Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UMass Boston and completed graduate studies in Business Administration at Strayer University.

In her free time, Maria enjoys practicing yoga, spending time with friends and family, and staying active through walking and exercise.
