Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Northeastern University, his background spans complex operational leadership roles across major hospital systems, private clinics, and specialized practices throughout the Boston metropolitan area.

Most recently serving as Patient Access Manager for Radiology Registration at Boston Medical Center, Richard understands exactly how front-end intake friction directly impacts downstream cash flow.

Today, he directs Alico’s overarching strategic vision, ensuring our execution models consistently deliver predictable performance and measurable ROI for our provider partners.
