Gerardo Bacchus drives the day-to-day execution, financial planning, and operational oversight of Alico’s revenue cycle partnerships. With over a decade of executive leadership experience spanning financial services, technology governance, and regulatory compliance, he brings an institutional-grade discipline to healthcare cash flow optimization.

Prior to Alico, Gerardo managed Technology and Operations Governance for Santander Bank, coordinating highly secure Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks. His extensive background in commercial credit, risk assessment, and CRM enterprise operations ensures that Alico’s execution teams operate with absolute precision, security, and audit-ready control.

Gerardo holds a Master of Science in Management & Telecommunications from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
